Getting started with CrossFit Fayette is very simple.
Anyone at any age and any fitness level can make great gains through CrossFit!
The first step is to simply commit by starting the “On Ramp” and Essentials program. You will have three one-on-one sessions with a CrossFit coach covering foundational movements that are essential movements for CrossFit.
Following Essentials, you will begin our 60-day “On Ramp” Program that prepares you technically and metabolically for class. This process allows every athlete to gain the technical skills, core and posterior chain strength, and confidence of being in class before beginning standard prescribed workouts.
