At Crossfit Fayette we are here to help you meet your potential no matter your age. Our FitCamp program workouts are designed for anyone returning to exercise, who have mobility issues or want to build muscle, increase flexibility, core conditioning and cardio ability working with scaled movements/low impact. It allows you to get started with a new fitness routine to help you move better and meet your goals to strive to be the best you can be. There are limited barbell movements along with working with kettle bells, rowing machines, medicine balls, dumbbells, boxes and body weight movements.
